yeah, that's completely normal.
In college I had a friend who ordered a family size pizza ever friday for herself alone and eat it throughout the weekend.
And myself, every time I go out to eat pizza I take whatever leftovers there are.

Depends on the pizza, cheaper once that were kinda crap fresh and hot are only going to get worse. Sister did go to yurop once and says all pizza (and most food in general) she had there was expensive dogshit. I believe she simply stayed too close to tourist hotspots to have anything decently priced or well cooked but she doesn't agree.
You can also just reheat the pizza. The way I do is:
put pizza in microwave
check the base isn't to dry, if it is, I put a small container with water, or a couple droplets on the plate
blast it for about 1 to 2 minutes.
have a hot pan ready, add a bit of oil or butter, and throw pizza there.
Put lid on (if it fits) and check after a minute or two.
If you have decent stuff lying around, like some basil, cheese, etc. you can add them at the appropriate times. There may also be ingredients you want to take off the pizza before microwaving, but I wouldn't know which to single out because I don't care that much.
